Nanoramic has enormous potential to become the next unicorn. We want our employees to take advantage of the opportunity to share the wealth created from Nanoramic. For this reason, we offer all eligible employees the opportunity to participate in our employee stock option plans by granting them Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) or Stock Options.
All regular employees who are regularly scheduled to work more than 20 hours a week are eligible to participate in the Company’s stock option plans.
The Nanoramic Bonus Program gives employees the opportunity to earn a bonus of up to 45% of their base salary each quarter based on the company Balanced Scorecard.
We measure everything that matters to us and we derive a score that is translated mathematically into a quarterly bonus.
The factors that contribute to the bonus are shared company-wide, and reported on a daily basis. This way all employees can band together to drive company progress.
Nanoramic promotes a healthy work-life balance which includes Flexible Work Time. Flexible Work Time includes working remotely as needed and the ability to come and leave in a way that works for your schedule/commute. Employees are expected to work 40 hours per week (or if you are part time, your agreed upon weekly hours), and communicate changes to their schedule with the Nanoramic team. We encourage feedback on how we can make scheduling easier for any and all employees.
All regular employees in the US who are regularly scheduled to work more than 20 hours a week are eligible for paid holidays.

All regular employees who are regularly scheduled to work more than 20 hours a week are eligible to participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) or a Flexible Spending Account (FSA).
Employees participating in the company health plan are provided with an HSA. Employees not enrolled in the company health plan are provided with an FSA. Both plans are administered through Sentinel Benefits.
Nanoramic contributes $2000 per plan year for an HSA for an employee, and $4000 per plan year for an employee + spouse/dependent HSA .Nanoramic contributes $500 per plan year to employees who opt into the FSA.
Employer contributions are paid out on a quarterly basis. Employees may contribute additional funds up to the IRS maximum amount for both HSA and FSA.
All regular employees are eligible for paid vacation and sick time.
Regular employees accrue vacation time beginning their first day of employment. Vacation accrual runs from 10/1 - 9/30 and the company allows for 16 hours to be carried over into the next period
Employees working at Nanoramic for 0-5 years accrue 5 hours of vacation time per pay period with a maximum of 15 days. After 5 years, employees accrue 6.667 hours per pay period with a maximum of 20 days.
The Company offers regular employees up to five (5) days of paid sick leave each year.
Regular full-time employees accrue 1.667 hours of sick time per pay cycle (not to exceed 5 days per year)
Regular part-time employees who are regularly scheduled to work at least 20 hours a week are eligible for paid vacation and sick leave on a pro-rated basis.
Life and Disability
Nanoramic covers the cost of the premiums for this insurance as part of the compensation package for all employees who are eligible. Life & disability insurance is administered through Reliance Standard.
All regular employees who have completed the introductory period are eligible for parental leave.
Eligible employees receive up to 20 days of paid leave for the purpose of giving birth, caring for a newborn, or adopting a child.
Cell Phone allowance
Every employee that is using their smartphone for work will receive a $50/month stipend.
